Our weeks go from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.
If you check in on Saturday you must check out on Friday, it is still considered a full week.

Holidays and Mountain Fair Weeks are subject to higher rate.

Prices DO NOT include a 7% state tax and a 3% county tax.

A $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to any minimum 2 night stay.

25% down is required to reserve your dates.

A $175 security deposit due with full payment 14 days prior to your arrival.

**Refund policy**
All deposits will be returned after cabin is cleaned. We understand
accidents can happen, but you will be responsible for all damages and lost items.


**Cancellation policy**
If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival, there will be
no refund unless the cabin can be rented for those dates.

If you reserve dates during the "Prime Rental Days" and you cancel, you'll get a refund ONLY on the days the cabin can be re-rented.
